The Squeeze...

A popular question we get often is "Why cold pressed?". We think the real question is why drink anything else. The fruit and vegetables we have access to in New Zealand are so good, why mess with that formula? Common juice practice involves pasteurization, which is fantastic at killing bacteria. Unfortunately it works a little too well, killing a lot of the good stuff along with it. There is a better way, and that is cold pressed.  Quality fruit and veg, blitzed and slowly pressed, locking in all those quality nutrients other juice companies are boiling away. Our juice can be found fresh in both of our Cafes with more locations on the way, watch this space.
